Turn JavaScript On - Go to Tools >> Internet Options >> Security >> Custom Level
and scroll down to the Scripting section. Make sure that Active Scripting is enabled.

Turn JavaScript On - Go to Edit >> Preferences >> Advanced >> Scripts & Plugins
and tick the Enable JavaScript for Navigator checkbox.
Mozilla FireFox
Turn JavaScript On - Go to Tools >> Options >> Web Features
and tick the Enable JavaScript checkbox.
Opera 7.x
Turn JavaScript On - Go to Tools >> Preferences >> Multimedia
and tick the Enable JavaScript checkbox. Also, check the JavaScript Options
and make sure that Allow resizing of windows is ticked.
